  Single guy - I like Costco - good value - generally good customer service. Today after spending a couple hundred bucks I stopped for a brat and a soda. Went to the table - took two bites and found a large chunk of plastic wrapper in the bun - the plastic must have been a part of the packaging for the brats - see attached picture if I can figure this out. I had eaten a couple of bites - got up and returned to the service counter. Alphonse - the person who had helped me was still at the counter. I said - there is a piece of plastic in my food. He said "would you like another one" I said no and turned leaving the wrapper and brat on the counter. He said "huh - there's a trash can right over there..." I turned around - irritated and asked for the manager - explained the problem with my food. She offered me a refund - which I accepted. The manager could not have cared less. I told her that her team was not up to par and this was not acceptable customer service - Alphonse should be fired or retrained to deal with customers.

  Typical Costco, great savings and brands. I was surprised how few samples were available at this one. Also fuel station isn't an obvious find.
