  A great fast casual dinner or lunch spot. My tacos were great and they toasted them on the grill to melt the cheese. Yum! Can't wait to go back and try the nachos.

  After addressing poor customer service and the supervisor Araceli Chacon offering a free entree (this isn't even the size of what I paid for the first time) this is what I got. I asked for nachos but I have no idea what on Earth this is, plus all the sides of I don't know what and a hint of chicken The employees are doing for the Second time a wrong order. When I called back to talk about my order being wrong I received the worst attitude with a " why did you come then" and Araceli hung up on me. To this day, the issue hasn't been resolved. No customer has to go through that. It seems that employees are the reflection of their supervisors and so on. Very unhappy.

  This was my first time to a Costa Vida. I was very pleased with the food. The staff was quick and much more friendly than most fast-casual chains. Dining room was clean and spacious.

  I got a chicken enchilada bowl. It was very tasty! The whole experience is clean, fast and delicious. Would definitely go back again!

  I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at dinner time to find a full restaurant but no queue to order. I was greeted with a smile and placed my order, which was custom built as I watched. The burrito was excellent, and quite large - it actually served as dinner for that evening and lunch today at work - and the ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and well stocked, with plenty of napkins, lids, straws, and utensils. The rubbish bins were empty in spite of the busyness of the business. This is a restaurant I will visit again!
