  This place is TERRIBLE! None of the amenities are open (pool, gym, clubhouse). They have been completely closed for more than a year, not just limited capacity. The gates to the garages are constantly broken so they just leave them open. Very secure! Worst of all, the heat in my apartment has been broken for the past 3 months, which just so happens to be the middle of winter. I could literally see my breath when I woke up in the mornings. When I called Cameron Properties for the 10-15 time, I finally got an answer. Stephanie said the heater in my unit is obsolete and they gave me a space heater, so they weren't legally obligated to actually fix it. Really annoying considering that the utilities are set up so that I still have to pay for a portion of all the gas in the building even though I can't actually use it, plus my electric bill has quadrupled because of the space heaters. Stephanie also made a point of mentioning that they talk to their lawyers frequently so that they "aren't considered slumlords." Funny because they could have spent that money just making the necessary. In other words, unless you like having to pay for things that you can't use, rent somewhere else. The people "managing" this property literally do the bare minimum that they are legally obligated to do.
