  Worst experience. Back of neck and scalp were raw from roughness. Didnt even walk out with what i wanted. And im not even tenderheaded. Actually have claw marks from combing of hair to hard.

  Have tried twice to get my daughter's hair cut here. There won't be a third try. First time was a drop in, they said they couldn't accommodate, even though there were three employees and only one customer in a chair, I figured there were probably appointments. Fine. Today i had a 3:30 appointment, we arrived at 3:20 straight from school and i told the employee who greeted us that we were early and would wait. We walked out at 3:50 after being completely ignored by all three employees, except one who at 3:45 asked if me or my daughter was named Robert. Uh, no. But we had a 3:30 appointment, could we get my daughter's haircut?? She walked away from us. The other two blatantly avoided eye contact as they were talking to each other behind the computer. They were also ignoring the ONLY other customer in the place, who had walked in at 3:40 and sat down in one of the haircut chairs, rather than the waiting area chairs, so I figured he was a regular. They didn't even say anything as we walked out, and i explained 'bad customer service' to my 7 year old daughter on the way home.

  Three times I have been in over the past two months and each time they have said "next available time I have is almost two hours from now". Only two stylist in the place each time and only one or two people waiting.

  Unfortunately I spent an hour here today and was unable to get a haircut. I waited as three other individuals were sat despite coming in after me by large periods of time. One person had an appointment which is understandable. The other two asked for a specific person to cut their hair and as such, they were given priority and immediately sat. A hairdresser even waited on break until a request came in, at which point she returned to cut the customers hair. I was given no indication I would be pushed further as these people asked for specific hairdressers. My time wasted here would not be as frustrating had the hairdressers been diligently working, however, one lady spent about a third of the time I was there fielding phone calls. She was even on the phone while cutting another customers hair. I understand sometimes things come up and need to be dealt with but it was still pretty unprofessional and ultimately prevented me from getting a cut. I will not be returning to this location.
