::I had an amazing experience here Angel did an amazing job on my hair she layered it for me and even gave me the hair color I wanted the wait and time was well worth it I cant wait to go back again I do not go to hair salons much at all I think the last time I went was about 6 years ago or more! They made my experience extrodinary talked with us the whole time and complimented on how how beautiful my hair came out I wish I could show pics but I Know they took some they are amazing please go to them you will not regret it 😀😀

::The woman finished my haircut, she didn't comb it over to make sure it was even or anything, I honestly trusted it to be okay. I left, went home, brushed it. There were patches and stuck up lengths of hair, it looked awful. It was by far the worst haircut I have ever had. The woman who cut my hair acted irritated the entire time. She was a heavyset Hispanic woman with tattoos at the Campbell plaza.

::This review is mainly for the salon in Univ. blvd as well as the costcutters company in general. I have been coming to this salon for more than three years. The haircut is decent, but not worth the steep unannounced increase in their price each time I go. It shouldnt be named cost cutter, it should be more like pocket cutters or something. The salon is decent, service people is good I guess, but pricing it so high just because you are near the flagship university is too much. For all students coming here, we wish to get a quick cut, not wasting our time traveling to far away places. You do have volume of demand, so why do want to increase your unit price? Too much greed isn't good for business. It isnt like the airline industry where you are not able reach your profit margins or something. A simple math can tell anyone that your margins lie anywhere between 12-25%, which is great for a service industry. I do see the crowd thinning out over time. It is time for me to move on to another decent but costsaving hairsalon that is for real. If the franchise owner has read this, this should be a warning for him/her of a quickly weaning enterprise!!

::I went to this store and I did my hair cut was so bad.when I asked jeniee to disappear lines on my hair in the back she told me no wait I'm not going to fix it than she fixed it worst. I left the store she followed us outside and she was so aggressive to us by scared my brother. she told me you should tip us or go to another barber shop. She had very bad attitudes. i never have had met anyone like that in my hole life they charage 16.50 for adult with no respect and she wants tip lol
