  If you look for an outstanding place to learn and practice taekwondo - be it for yourself or your children - look no further. The curriculum at CMAC is rigorous as much as it is fun. All staff are wonderful teachers and role models. Master Cosmo - who is AMAZING - will also teach you the philosophy of taekwondo in a way few people can. Their schedule is flexible to accommodate your needs. For us the best part is the family classes, which we attend all five of us as many times per week as we can. It is a great way of bonding with your own children rather than just watching them from the sidelines!
