  So convenient yet so awful. Ice cold muffin, I've had better out of a hospital vending machine. Update: Not convenient either as they are seldom open. Shorter hours than a company cafeteria.

  I didn't even want to give this location 1 star. This is the only Cosi location I have ever visited. Maybe this is normal for the Cosi brand. 1 time at 1130 we tried to order the soup for lunch, they said it was still frozen. Another time we ordered a couple of their signature steak sandwiches. We were told they don't have any steak. They are always out of the multi grain bread it seems. Last week we tried to get breakfast a couple of days. The store opens at 7am. But the square bagels aren't done until 730am. Why even open before 730 then? The new staff doesn't even make the sandwiches based on the description in the menu. And finally today's experience. They ran out of butter at 730am. LOL !!! How is this place still open? Good luck

  This place is deteriorating... Their equipment and decor hasn't been refreshed in years. When I was there, coffee machine was broken and things were worn out. Food a little dry and only a notch better than Subway style fast-food.

  Smdh this place is a mess ive gone there many times and there's this one guy who takes really long seems like he does not know the register system not what they even carry i always get a chai latte. And I went in for an ices one and he actually said idk how to use the machines. Ive seen the girl make it all she does it pour the chai from a container over ice and adds milk. I don't understand how that's difficult. He went to get someone else and after they search and ive now been there five minutes they tell me they dont have any. Smdh last time they ran out someone grabbed the box where it originally came from and restocked it smdh they didn't even bother to take that step. Yea never again in done giving money for poor customer service I'll just buy it myself since ive seen the box I know exactly what to buy. Shameful

  A fairly small shop in the bottom of the Goldman tower. Normal menu of sandwiches and paninis but basically no where to sit. Gets fairly busy during the lunch rush so get in early to beat the line. Staff is a bit slow and not very friendly.
