  Unfortunately, No resolve for the 10:30am anesthesia appt. The waiting room is still full. I am in a wheelchair, I have had multiple surgeries at Grady in the past 3 weeks and this is supposed to be the last one . It is not right to make someone wait this long with an appt. This place feels like the DMV.

  Coming up on 2 hours in the waiting room. For a pre opt anesthesia appt. Still no one knows when we will be seen. Happy opening day

  State of the Art facility, very clean, fast, modern, and the staff was welcoming. Fiancé appt was on the 7th floor at ortho. When parking you are greeted by security. That made me feel safe. When getting off the elevator they have a guest representative on every floor ready to assist you. The ortho floor was very nice. They move fast. We did have a hiccup because the rep forgot to check us in for a whole hour 😂 but they really made up for it once they realized the mistake. We were back there within five minutes. Of course, Dr. B in his team were awesome!! I highly recommend Grady. Thank you so much.
