  Very convenient: subway takes you to Times Square and they run a free shuttle to La Guardia airport. Perfect!

  I booked the room through Expedia and since they outsource their phone operators she completely ruined my reservation and when I got to the room it was already booked. I won’t be going to that hotel or using Expedia ever again.

  Customer service was good, but I would have to say the overall stay was below average. The room they gave us smelled like smoke and the non existent free wifi worked intermittently and sluggish at best. The subway and hollow walls made it impossible to sleep too. This hotel is in close proximity to the airport though, so if you need a place to lay your head for the night, give it a go?

  Muy buen lugar todo limpio,la resepcionista fue muy agradable con mi familia,de hecho nos proporcionó información de mucha ayuda.

  Ok place for a transit night. Room was cleaned well and amenities are good however, the cigarette smell was omnipresent even on our non-smoking floor. It appeared worst when the heating system started.
