  Was a long time customer----over 20 years and was always happy with their service. In the last two weeks I have left messages on their answering machine and spoken to their staff about coming to look at my gas burner a few days before that big cold snap a few weeks ago as we had no heat. Received no calls back from the owners or managers and even the staff was frustrated that they weren't calling me back. I explained I was trying to be loyal but if they were too busy to let me know and I would understand. Nothing but crickets----23 degrees and no heat. Don't know what's happening to the service but not what it was. If there was a button for no stars I would hit it, but the lowest Google allows is 1 star. Finding a new plumber...obviously

  Cornetta brothers is the worst plumbing service around!!! They schedule appointments with you and never show up. When you call them to find out why they did not show up. They either tell you someone lost the ticket or they got too busy. I told them even if they got to busy they should of called me to reschedule or work later. I told the lady on the phone I could not use my sink or shower and she did not even seem to care. They are also extremely rude on the phone.

  I have used Cornetta Brothers for over 20 years. They are the absolutely the best plumbers on Long Island - honest, reliable, and fair prices. Highly recommended!!

  Cornetta Brothers just did an oil to gas conversion on my new house in Woodmere, NY. This required a new gas line run to the house from the street (and coordinating everything with the Gas company). They replaced the boiler and all piping to the radiators, as well as new runs to the stove, washer/dryer, pool heater, and BBQ. These guys are the real deal. They are consummate professionals. They work fast, are communicative, organized, and punctual. Their pricing is fair. They are family owned and take pride in their work and doing things right. They know the ins and outs of working with local building departments/inspectors, and got the job approved quickly. This conversion required abandoning an oil tank as well, and this was coordinated with the Nassau County Dept of Health. Highly recommended.
