::I hope it my experience is an isolated incident as my experience was terrible. However, the staff were extremely friendly. I set up catering for 10 out of state colleagues a week prior. Needless to say, the first day that my order was to be delivered at 11:30 AM, it was superbly late. I called the store several times in regards to my order and was disconnected (hung up on) each time. After an hour, I called again and spoke to several individuals after being placed on hold several times to get to someone in the catering department. After 5 minutes of conversation, I was informed that my order was never placed into the system for delivery. I was told the order would be processed and delivered within 20 minutes. Though the delivery fee was waived, it still took another hour for the delivery to occur. Moreover, I was given conflicting information regarding the invoices which were to be emailed to me. The invoices were never emailed to me. Therefore, after the second day, I canceled the rest of the orders and found another caterer. As I stated, I hope this was an isolated incident. However, if not, I hope they get it together soon for the next catering order.
