This place is horrible. My dad was here for a month and now he is in ICU. Dehydration, Weight Loss, Infection in the blood and Pnemonia from not being taken care of properly. DO NOT SEND NOBODY here unless they can care for themselves. Some of the staff are cool but the rest dont care. Stay away from Cornell Hall....Facts!!

i was satisfied with the service i received. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The recovery process i endured was slightly over 5 weeks. The nurses attended to my needs when i pressed the buzzer. I was even able to partake in other activities such as bingo, pokeno, karoke to name a few. I thank the staff with all my heart for their dedication to my health and well being.

I was there for two weeks. I had major back surgery with anterior and posterior openings. Lana, other supervisors, staff, therapists and nurses were all very kind and courteous at all times and did everything possible to make me comfortable. Special thanks to Lana, Dr. Okun, Theresa, Catharine, Marie, Claire and Kamila. Everyone went above and beyond in assisting me with my recovery. I am very much thankful and appreciate everyone's help and assistance! As soon as I am able, I plan to come by to say hello! Thank you again, and God bless!

My mother stayed here twice. Her first experience was ok bexcuse she was still able to walk and function normally. Her second time around she had back surgery. Within a week she developed a bed sore. The staff rotates so there are inconsistencies. She had one good nurse who looked out for her. I believe we are all human and have good intentions, but this place needs review. I wouldn't be surprised if charts were adjusted.

The administration is more concerned about money and less on actually help someone when they need it most. It's despicable on every level. If you require care for a loved one, I hope you look elsewhere. Hopefully I have helped you reject this torture and find suitable help for your sick loved ones. They would rather do nothing than try anything. Pathetic.
