Nice little corn stand on a non-busy street. I think they are there every night by 11pm. Prices have gone up by 50 cents starting today, May fifth, so $2.50 each. Really nice people. Drinks options (non alcoholic) are available. Parking on the street or the lots near by. They speak English and Spanish.

Amazing corn!!! Eat a bowl there and order some to go!!! Fair warning, I met the people that actually run this corn stand. They do not cater!!! The website and one yelp is fake and using their pic to rip people off. Only in person goodness!!

This guy is amazing, his service is so professional, his corn is out of this world!!! I wouldn't know wha to do if he wasn't here, its really hard to find good corn these days. Another thing that is convent is the hours hes open, late so it really hits the spot!

Corn Man is hands-down the most delicious corn I have ever had! Corn on the cob or in a cup is amazing! Always hot, great portions, servings and price. The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way he runs his business. The lines are ridiculously long (1 hour + wait for more) and he does not put a 2nd person to serve. It's not convenient for the customers to have to endure those lines for corn! The other problem is that even though he has no overhead, and is making a killing nightly, he doesn't invest in 2 trashcans around the parking lot to keep the area clean. On any night that you go, you will find the parking lot full of trash from his customers strewn all over! That seems rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful to other businesses and residents of the area. That is my $.02

Service - 5 stars Food - 3 Stars The corn man is super nice and super fast at pumping out Elote via cob or bowl. There was probably 20 people ahead of me with multiple orders but it only took 25 minutes to get through since he's so efficient. I got one of each with less spice. Regretted not getting more chili powder since that's what pulls it all together with the mayo, butter, and cheese. Overall the taste is a bit too heavy for me. Maybe next time I will get less mayo and butter and more chili powder.
