::Wow. Called for delivery and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. They basically made it seem like i was inconveniencing them by getting wine delivered and then it went from being 1 hour delivery to 2 hour because they had to spend time finding the wine i asked for and they were too busy. I’ve NEVER in my life been treated like that. Don’t offer. Service if you’re mad that someone asks to use it. I️ was about to spend over $30. If i could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in NYC. Wow!

::Service: The man who helped us was so knowledgeable! We had a conversation about the wines we usually drink and what we like and don't like. We told him that we were looking to try something new and from regions we don't typically gravitate toward. He helped us select amazing bottles, all in our price range, and could explain anything you wanted to know about every bottle there. It was awesome! Selection: Great selection of wines from all over the world. We saw a lot that we are familiar with and recognized but also many that we hadn't seen before. Tip: Buy 12 bottles get 15% off. We will 100% be going back!

::Stopped by for bourbon and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. Bonus: dog biscuits in a jar at the counter for visitors who happen to be dogs.
