  Their new location! Amazing workout as always, will the same attention to detail. Corefire is the best workout, it takes care of your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular condition all at once, in record time. Cannot recommend enough.

  Killer class with Casey. Casey kept an eye on our form, prepped our machines for the next exercise, and provided clear explanations and demos of the movements which were easy to follow. Great variations in exercises requiring tons of balance and strength. If you are up for/interested in an extremely challenging full body work out, you will get it with burpees and other moves. Wish there were some more modifications, but it was an unbelievable workout. More of an intimate studio with a max class size of 9 and there is free parking behind the studio which is a nice perk.
