::A terrible overall restaurant experience. One of the primary reasons made the reservation here is that is has a patio. When I made the reservation, I reserved tables on the patio and hostesses said no problem. We were a group of 14 for a college graduation celebration. Hostess called day of reservation to make sure I understood that each member in group had to order at least $30 dinner, a bit weird. I reconfirmed w hostess the patio seating. When we arrived, they said they had “to get the table ready” even though the place was dead. He then said he won’t seat us until our entire group had arrived - 4 people still parking cars. Ultimately taken back to a room in back, not the patio. When I asked about patio, they said it wasn’t available. When I asked, he said there was a water line break. When I explained I had just talked to the hostess 2 hours ago and she said nothing about it, he became visibly nervous. Ordered two bottles of same wine. Waitress couldn’t find it initially then could only find one bottle. Ordered a different wine to replace, they were out of it. The first person to order ordered prime rib, they were out of it. For the prices, the overall food quality was very poor including Mahi Mahi that was so dry it was hard to cut. Men’s bathroom was filthy. 20% gratuity was added to the final bill.

::Exceptional meal and awesome service. Started with a Vesper cocktail and a generous serve of tasty Lox, followed by a succulent filet coupled with Shiraz. Server 'LA' (initials from the bill) made my night with friendly banter.

::I made reservations for my husbands birthday only to very disappointed with not only the service but the food as well! Our waitress was very inattentive! We sat at our table 15 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink orders...only to find out that they were completely out of diet soda. Someone from the kitchen brought us our appetizer..she then left the empty plate sit on our table as she walked past several times! She never asked how our appetizer was! The kitchen staff again brought us our food then took the appetizer plate. My husbands New York Strip was way over cooked and my lamb shank was over cooked and tasted awful! When we told the waitress our food wasn’t good all she said was “I’m so sorry”. My husband grabbed the manager before we left to explain how upset we were about or quality of food and service. He was very apologetic and did compensate us for the issues. This place is way overpriced and definitely not worth the time or money!!! We will never go back to this restaurant on Washington Street!

::One of my favorite spots for excellent food, service and wine list. Best steaks ever. I have never had anything here that was anything less than spectacular. ❤ Copia

::Delicious food, impressive & diverse wine selection, & their own special barrel-aged whiskey drinks on the bar - what an incredible place! Plus there is a huge dining/smoking area in the rear of the establishment that features a retractable roof for when the weather is fine. Can't wait to check out Copia during warmer weather.
