  My family and I have been going to Dr. Cooley's for a very long time. I have been seen by them 4 times a year for the past 26 years, starting approximately Mid 90s. It’s a very pleasant environment. Dr. Cooleys , the father & the two sons, and other new doctors have been great. However, recently, within the last few years, the hygienists seem to push their own opinion. The scheduler actually left me a message that hygienist wanted her to move my appointment because I had not seen the periodontist she had recommended. Obviously, that really upset me. What if I just couldn’t or didn’t want to. Specially when I was told they had to consult her to see if she would see me. Isn’t that absurd ?!. Finally, after going back and forth a few times all the way from San Diego they kept my appointment for the next day for a normal dental cleaning. Hooray, she let me win …… Can you believe the amount of stress one has to go through to get service these days? How about a little respect? Seriously ?

  Had a very nice visit with Cooley Smiles Dentistry. Everyone was very kind, took their time and explained things thoroughly. Hygienist was very good, gentle, thorough and quick! Front desk ladies were super nice. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

  I am constantly overflowing with gratitude when it comes to the treatment I’ve received from Cooley Smiles~ The professional, the kindness, the sense of family and trust I have with theses amazing Dentists and the entire staff, is overwhelming. I’m very thankful for the many dental emergencies I’ve needed help with~ the times to squeeze me in last minute to help me in dire need, is really incredible🙏🏻 I cannot thank everyone here enough and I’m so happy to know that I have the most talented, comforting, gentle, caring souls as my Dentists🙌🏼 I’m truly grateful~ Thank you for helping me, once again & on Christmas Eve this time!! ❤️

  I have been coming to Cooley Smiles for about almost seven years now. Their service is top-notch! My teeth are very healthy & shining thanks to them. All the staff and doctors are fantastic. On this last visit, I had Alina, and she was terrific! She was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and gave me great tips. There is no other place here on the Eastside as good & great as Cooley Smiles. They will make sure your teeth are in excellent health! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

  Everyone at the clinic is very professional and polite. They take the time to explain everything with great detail and I trust them a lot. I’ve been going for some years now, by a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad that happened! Dr. Andy and assistants keep my teeth in perfect shape and they even made some cosmetic adjustments that I’m very happy with!
