  I hate writing negative reviews, but I wish someone had written one to warn me. Do not go to this store, no matter what... I was sold old lights that didn't work. They were so old that the sticky adhesive on the back was rotten and wasn't even tacky. I stupidly paid in cash. They avoided handling my return and insulted me. The owner admitted he sold me old technology and then tried to say he was selling his customer service. I had to wait to talk to him the phone weeks, as their store is only open 20 hours a week and the owner Benjamin was gone. Their 'half off' lights cost $50 each and I bought horrible technically that was broken. The same lights sell online for $15. I paid them $200 for 3 rolls of strip lights and their 'new technology'. It was a total sh#t show. First their controller fused out. Went back they had it working. I went home started to install the lights that had rotten old not working adhesive, which they tried to tell me wasn't important. I had to have the different connectors with 3 different plugs. I had to go back 3 different times for issues that had nothing to do with my using. I went on eBay and bought 90 feet long stand much better quality, no problems. Those people have horrible work ethics.The salesperson Gian is super friendly and I trusted him. He could have told me that they didn't carry the length I needed and order it for me to keep my business. Instead I went online and was shocked at much better the lights sold on eBay. Benjamin actually asked for the number of the people I bought the lights from, incenuating I bought them from China. I told him they are based on Ohio, they came in four days and had a 30 day money back guarantee. I can't believe people like this are in business still. Very dissipointed for spending $200 for old broken lights, when I bought some on eBay with new technology and a money back guarantee for less than a third the price that were in great condition. Very sad what people are willing to do to make a buck these days. Benjamin was very insulting on the phone and I am so shook by the lack of integrity I will be posting a review on Yelp and reporting then to the better business bureau.

  Awesome place, they know their product and are very helpful. If it's Burning man, Nye or Christmas and any other event they have the lights for you

  Helpful staff, huge selection. A little on the expensive side compared to ordering from a manufacturer but 100% worth it due to the exceptional staff.

  Just ordered from them and called and they were super friendly and helpful. Had my order processed very quickly. Always a great way to get bulk EL wire!
