  If there was a negative star I would choose-5. Please don't ever rent from these people. They were supposed to bring the box out on Friday. The one driver they have, called in sick Friday. Saturday he tried calling to let us know he was delivering the Box. I missed the phone call I called him right back and he would not answer. I then called the office and they had let me know that he left for the day. They did take their money out of my account but I still don't have a box. They told me I'll have to wait till Monday. They offer no Solutions and no customer service just excuses stay away from these people they need to go out of business

  This place is awful!! I have been with them for 3 months and not once have they done my billing right. I took partial responsibility for the 2nd month, even though this was also their fault. I told them to stop taking payments out of one of my accounts and that it needed to be replaced with a different card, but I was driving and I couldn't give them a card number at the time because I was driving. She told me that she would remove the card and I could call in and give them a new card number. Well, I forgot to call back and the following month the $ came out again off the same card that was supposed to be removed. When I called and asked what happened and why someone didn't call me for a new number, they said that they could not remove a card number until a new one was called in. Not once did the lady tell me this, nor did she call me back once she realized that this could not be done. Now, when I called on Saturday, they apologized that this was not done and said they would back out the payment from the wrong account and take it out of correct account. They would have supervisor call me when she came in to talk about the insufficient funds that occurred due to their error. Low and behold, Tuesday rolls around and I haven't heard from Supervisor and fees have not been given back. I call back, and obviously now I am really ticked. I get the supervisor on the phone and she says, I will go ahead and put the money back in the account, it will take 2-7 days, what?? This hasn't been pushed through yet??!! Seriously, then when I ask her about the insufficient funds that have now applied times 4, she tells me she can't approve this and she will need to talk to her supervisor but she is in a meeting. This was around 11am. This is now Wednesday, haven't heard from them again, so I'm turning to social media!! The price might be good, but their customer service sucks. I am headed to BBB next. My advice to you, don't do it!!!!
