::By far THE best bacon, egg, and cheese I've had in the District. I highly recommend this place for sandwiches.

::Bad experience there. Was racially profiled because I had a student's tote bag and had bought 11 dollars worth of food and needed to check my bank account before I bought the juice I wanted as to ensure I did not spend too much money due to my being a student. I bought one juice and put the others back in front of their faces. Once my food was ready I was told by the cashier, "You see those pictures on the wall, those are of people who steal so be careful and watch yourself." I responded in shock and was greatly offended and told her that I wasn't trying to take anything and in fact my bag wasn't near the juice I had picked up and set aside. She still insisted I was trying to take something and told me, "My boss called me and told me to pay attention to you particularly because you took the juices and put them aside and didn't but them automatically. I'm just telling you be careful about your business." I told her then that I am a frequent customer that she sees all the time and if I was going to try and take something wouldn't I have done it already? I've never stolen from there ever! She said she knows but her boss called her and told her to watch me particularly and no one else. I NEVER heard or saw her phone ring, not even a text message! I think she was lying. I told her I was greatly offended and would not be back ever again. She didn't say anything except "ok, fine." I'm highly offended and quite frankly will speak to the manager about his "phone call" and how he just lost a loyal customer due to her and or his racial profiling. Good job, Cookies!
