  Went in to get my 7 month old daughter a passport and the second we stopped at the counter she threw up all over my wife. The employees behind the counter were very calm about it and immediately grabbed whatever napkins and paper towel they had nearby for her. I then had an issue with one of my checks due to the pricing and method of payments accepted on their website being inaccurate (reason for the 1 star drop). I had to go to another office to try and explain why I had changes on my check (website inaccuracies) with no luck. Went back upstairs and had a lady, who's name I will not mention, just make our day with what she did. I won't disclose what that was but know that my faith in a big city government office was restored here today. As of this posting, passport pricing on website says $60/$25 when it's actually $80/$35 and they DO accept cards as payment methods.

  I am a landman, so I have to call and deal with courthouses on a regular basis. I have never left a review for one, if that tells you how rude these people were...

  By far, the most apathetic group of government workers that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Worse than the Secretary of State office. My guess is very few, if any, employees know who they serve or where their paychecks ultimately come from.
