  I admire and adore Dr. Ambica Z. I wish more doctors had her compassion, communication skills and caring manner. She is a "GEM" in the physician pool. Thank you Dr. Ambica for always being there for us. We love You!! May God always keep you healthy so you may continue to help others.

  Best Medical Center in Boca Raton!!! As a first patient they took really good care of me with a good warm and welcome The front desk ladies we’re Excellent very fast and efficient experience would recommend this place to anyone can’t wait for my next visit

  I found the Conviva group in Boca one of the best teams when it comes to taking care of you and your health. Dr. Daniela Medina is amazing! Very knowledgeable and dedicated. Johanna and Sandra are very friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. Recently, I met Katie and was very professional and friendly. The reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because of the lab services! Unfortunately every time I have to get my lab tests done there is an issue with the lady there. The most recent…appointment was at 8:50am (fasting) and she decided to have a “chat” with the patient before me and I had to wait longer than expected (she had the door open and I saw her ongoing conversation), when I entered the room she made a joke about the time. I was in pain due to a cyst on my back so I said “pardon me?” and she said “oh you did not get it” with an underestimate tone and kept going on with her joke. I have told her also in the past that I was very sensitive to pain as I have never met a lab tech that causes so much pain when introducing a needle. It’s the worse experience, then she wraps up the arm with some band that feels even worse. On top of everything, I received my lab results yesterday and I always compare the values. It seems like she missed the lipid panel which is Very important for my upcoming appointment with Dr. Medina. Do I have to get her pinching my arm again?. Someone needs to let her know that time is precious for many of us due to fasting. She needs to focus on her job and do it right, soft and professionally. If not possible then you should have two lab techs so we can chose the other one in case things don’t go right with the only one you have. Thank you.

  Sandra and the whole staff are the best,the treatment and compassion my mother and father receive is out of this world, kudos to their hard work in extremely difficult times
