  The staff is super friendly. I just went in to check out the place thinking about maybe buying and now I feel like I love the store and the people working there.

  Best customer service and sales associates EVER. They were so helpful and friendly, and made shopping with Converse a wonderful experience. I love that this location offers on-site shoe customization!

  Awful finished product: my own design did not adhere to the sneaker, missing a part of the image and the WHITE toe cap and front sole of the sneaker has ink smudges on it from the design, 14 colored grommets are missing. My wife and I were planning to get a his and hers design to commemorate our 5 years of marriage this year, 😬pshh forget that now!

  Super Great store! It's also pretty big 2 floors. They do custom shoes at this location and have a huge selection of everything converse. I got 2 pairs of shoes from this location that I had never seen anywhere else. I went later at night and it wasn't busy at all. Friendly & helpful staff! If you're on newbury street, check this store out!
