Tucson Tenants
::If you're considering moving in, visit our webpage for more info. (Tucson Tenants dot com) The management is slow to fix things, always looking to save money with cheap fixes. No rush to get things working for the tenants. New owner is a 30 years investor from the San Francisco bay area who wants to raise rents. Sadly, there is no rent control in Arizona. Tenant's averaged $5 a month raises for past years, last year under the old owners, there was no rent increase. The new owners raised rents differently for different residents. As much, if not more than, $20 a month increase, with plans next year to exceed that. Many are stuck not being able to afford to move their homes, so they just have to pay. :-(
