::I recently purchased a very nice queen size bedframe from Contempo. I got a fair price, and delivery was included. They delivered exactly at the beginning of the timeframe they promised ( 7-10 days ), and the setup went very smoothly. It's a rather large frame that came in 2 boxes, and the 2 employees who dropped it off assembled it in about 15 minutes, and cleaned up the area and removed all of the boxes. The service in-store was great too when buying the bed. We had a few items we liked, and the employee on the sales floor was able to answer all of our questions sufficiently.

::I cannot even give them a star. The person who runs this store is despicable and has zero customer service. I bought a sofa in November and it only got delivered in the middle of January even though I was told it would take one week max because it was in stock. I also would never have received it if I had not called. No one apologized at all. Then the sofa really did not look great so I went back to the store to return it and I said I would be willing to buy something else for the same value. The owner or manager (Hill) said that I would still have to pay a 30% restocking fee plus delivery. I couldn't believe how short sighted he was as I was ready to spend a lot more than just the cost of the sofa as I had to refurnish my whole house. Then he tried to charge me for the amount of the tax on the sofa that I had already paid. The 30 percent restocking fee was on the receipt but the fact that he delivered it months later, didn't concern him at all and he was blatantly rude. The amount was a lot though so I asked him if I could think about it and see if I could live with the couch. All of a sudden, he was friendly and said that was fine and no problem. Exactly two weeks later, I called to say that I would like to return the couch and he informs me that he has a 48 hour no return policy and that it's on the receipt. I reminded him that I had spoken with him and we agreed that I would let him know if I wanted to still return it and now he was going back on everything we discussed. He lied and said that I said I would call the next day. I never said anything of the sort. My friend who went with me to the store was also appalled by his behavior. I hope that people read this because no one who treats customers so poorly should get any business. Go somewhere else!
