::Horrible customer service and way overpriced. This place is so quick to take your money and have you sign paperwork, but nobody follows up on anything. Patrick is the only representative who knows what hes doing in this place. Doors on the cabinets came in unlevel/crooked. You can get a much better priced kitchen literally anywhere else if you just look. Will never go back and strongly advise you to not give this place your business

::Sharon Lee was our designer. She did a terrific job from start to finish. Everything aspect of our kitchen remodel, from the cabinetry, hardware, cabinet & Island layout, Quartz options, sink hardware, complicated areas & flow of the kitchen, was handled great. I Highly recommend Sharon at Consumers Kitchens & Baths Our Kitchen came out gorgeous🌷 Laurie Alu Ps-Sorry for the duplicates pictures. Will try to edit✌🏼

::I had special needs and I was concerned that combining my kitchen and dining room, completely redoing both, would be overwhelming. My contractor recommended Jim Sehn at the Consumer’s Kitchen and Bath store in Commack. Jim was excellent. The store is huge, but Jim listened to me, understood my needs and preferences, and narrowed the choices. This made things easy and, most important, he made me feel comfortable. With pictures and measurements of the rooms we constructed, on his computer, what the rooms could look like. It was shown to me on a large TV screen and printed out. Jim pointed out the items on sale. I brought it home and made some changes and brought it back. I was relieved that it could be one stop shopping, I was able to select the countertops, backsplash, sink and faucets there and there was absolutely no pressure to do so. Jim did give valuable and important suggestions, with no pressure whatsoever. Some important points: 1. I was never out of the loop, I was always informed but the store worked very closely with my contractor. 2. Jim gave me very accurate dates for the measurements and delivery of the cabinets, countertops and backsplash. 3. On a project this size there is always a hiccup or two and how a store responds is greatly important. My lazy Susan was a bit too lazy. I notified Jim and in just a few days a repair person was sent to access the situation, order parts and then repair it. When I was not happy with one of the borders on one backsplash, (no one fault, we thought it would look different) a crew came and adjusted it the very next day. My only suggestion is that if you are getting new appliances, as we did, it is best to come in with their measurements and model numbers so they can be incorporated into the design.

::My wife and I had Roberta help us pick out the bathroom cabinets as well as the design for our bathroom that we are renovating. She was very helpful and brought up some great ideas. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything which i feel is important when you are making any kind of a purchase. When the bathroom cabinets arrived they were packaged really well.Upon opening the box I noticed that there was a spot on one of the doors that seemed to of not had enough paint on it from the factory. I made a phone call to Roberta and she was able to arrange a new panel within a very short period of time. I was very impressed with Consumers Customer Service.I would definitely shop here again.
