::You will have best experience here if you do some research beforehand and come prepared with documents. Just follow the exact checklist of documents needed. The front desk person was very nice and the visa officer was very nice too. Had to come again to pick up my passport. Parking can be difficult and waiting room is little small but process moves quickly. They accept cash as a mode of payment, that is very convenient.

::They did not respect the appointment time for visa applications. People with 10am time slot was sitting in the lobby till 12:30pm. Staff never came out to ask people who has the earliest appointment to get served. Random people keeps coming in and jump the queue to get served. Obviously, these people were here for some other services that will prioritize every single visa applicants.

::No agafen mai el telèfon. Encara que vagis amb cita concertada has d'esperar una eternitat, estan mal organitzats i el porter no és gens empàtic. Si ho comparo amb l'ambaixada espanyola de UK, aquesta és bastant tercermundista.

::Horrible experience. Waiting room is a size of a restroom with no water facility and enough chairs to sit. Takes more than 2 hrs after coming on time to the appointment. They called me for finger stamping after 1.05PM and asked me to get a mail for sending me passport. When I came back with a mail they wont let me in since they close at 1PM. I was there since 10 AM for 11:20 appointment. Had to keep banging on door to get inside for giving them mail envelope. Guy at the desk keeps shouting at people and does not make announcements in English. He is most obnoxious. After banging on door to get inside he said 'I did you a favor by letting you in'.

::I had all but one document for my visa appointment prepared and they told me to return via walk-in as soon as I got the last missing document in the mail, which turned out to be a few days later. I did that and waited about an hour maximum to be served. Keep in mind their weekly hours have changed as of 2018. Please see the photo below for their 2018 hours and holiday schedule. Also keep in mind that they ONLY accept EXACT CASH or MONEY ORDER for the visa processing payment (no credit cards, debit cards or any other form of payment). I saw many people having to frantically run to the ATM machine across the street because they came unprepared. Also, there is a doorbell that you have to push outside of the building for them to buzz you in that many people bypassed. I hope you have a great experience like mine!
