  I have been trying to reach my Haitian embassy since 10am on the phone I was unable to even leave a message I kept trying for almost an hour no luck.. I could understand this behavior in Haiti.. but we are in the most advanced country with great technology I would expect at least a voice message (large capacity answering system) or at least a help desk connection service would’ve taking the calls and forward them to you guys as emails. Unfortunately I live 45 miles away and I can’t just go there for the simple purpose of getting informations. Please do something about this. Customer service is key in this country please help us make face. Thank you.

  I walked in and I was greeted and helped immediately. I was super satisfied with the way they helped me. Their Professionalism was on point.

  I've been calling for more than 1 hour they never pick up the phone then I went to the office the staff was on the phone taking care of her own business I have to wait for over 45 minutes before i Can talk to her Shame on them

  The service was ok. But I wish the people working there were a bit more professional and not give attitudes to people just for asking questions.
