  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the security guard. Simple and clear process for visa application.

  Members seem rude but are very willing to help. Remember it's a different culture. I've been there several time. My worst experience was finding parking.

  Most of the staff are very efficient and polite. There is no security area to access the Consulate. Even though there are signs to keep cellphones off, I saw a lot of people using their phones. Interestingly, there is a baby changing station in the bathroom. So even men can change their children's diapers. I went to the Consulate to get my daughter's passport. The passport came through mail the next day after I applied to get it!

  Went with Family of 5 on a Monday to renew passports. Was so worried there was going to be a lot of people but not 2 minutes after getting there we were called and was serviced by Raquel who was so patient with us and helped us a lot. So grateful that everything went well like always, got new passports literally 2 days later. Great thing also is that there is ups office right around the corner to get money orders and envelopes.
