Horrible service. I made my appointment over the phone and explain my situation when I got there. the guy at the window ask me for my passport and I explain that. My parents got me a passport wen I was 10 yrs old . thats more then 10 years ago and the idiot at the window said. Don't you think your a little too old to not know were is your passport!. NO WAY this people do not know whats customer service. And sadly that is there job.

Most links on the website don't work. They will not answer the phone in any line or any extension. It is impossible to get an appointment.

Very poor service, rude employee and staff is not very knowledgeable, had to make severall appointments and miss work because a front desk employer Martin gave me the wrong info of the documents I needed to bring him in order to get my passport. Every time I went there with an appointment he would ask me for a different document, had to miss 3 appointments because of him not being very knowledgeable. I was born in Mexico and naturalized American as a child but kept insisting on my last appointment that I needed my naturalization paper which is totally wrong, I had to go upstairs so a consul could tell me I didn't need my naturalization paper because I was naturalized as a child. Waste of my time and waste of my 3 appointments which were very hard to book. They sure need more customer service experience. Viva Mexico!!!
