::The woman at the front desk was rude!! I reserved books online last night and came in to get them. I asked her if I could have a few minutes to look at them and she said "only if you stay at the counter" I reserved them...whats the difference?? If I want to look and make sure they are what I want then whats the big deal?? She also smelled weird and looked unprofessional. Wont be coming back here again!!

::Beautiful building with a great atmosphere. Wifi, printing available, private study rooms for students and plenty of other great resources.

::For the record, I have never left a review on any organizations or businesses before. This place is pretty cool. It has everything a student needs; except for the internet. It's midday and the internet is practically useless. I can't pull up any pages or takes five minutes to pull up my LinkedIn profile. Home Depot has faster internet than this library and i'm about to pack up and find somewhere else to finish my work. I'm not sure who is to blame, but UAA/APU Consortium library is severely hindering students by throttling the bandwidth. If they want their students to do well and compete with the rest of the world, please get this library to the 21st century.
