  I've been taking private sessions at Conscious Body Pilates for the past several months. This studio has been my introduction to Pilates and I'm hooked. After having surgery two years ago, my body has fluctuated a lot - both in weight and fitness. CBP has been my first real effort toward getting back to normal and has helped immensely with all the post-surgery changes that I've struggled with. In addition, and a significant part of what keeps me coming back, are the instructors at the studio. I've worked with four different people and have found them all to be professional, caring, knowledgeable and personable. It is fabulous to have such a great studio belong to Madrona and the surrounding communities.
