  Flower arrangements are beautiful. The designers here know and are quality. The shop is aesthetically pleasing. I love using their delivery service. Perfect for surprises or if you are out of town.

  Terrible service, late delivery, not even what I ordered. For the price of delivery and roses, I expect better. Stay AWAY.

  This place has the Worst Customer service. They delivered a DEAD orchid to my sister and ruined my surprise! And it took 5 phone calls and 8 weeks to get my refund. Gabrielle, I hope you enjoy this post.

  Review: Last Tuesday I phoned Conroy's Flowers in Newport Beach and talked to a very helpful saleswoman. When the plant I wanted was not in stock she verified that it would be the next day. After placing my order I was pleased to receive notification of delivery in process and delivery accomplished. And the recipients were thrilled with the beauty of the anniversary gift I had just sent. Conroy's Flowers helped me to celebrate with them, even though I am halfway across the country.

  I placed an order from Northern California through a local flower shop. They sent it through Conroy's Flowers. I was told it would be delivered the same day. It wasn't. I notified the local flower shop the next day and they called Conroy's and was told it was delivered. It wasn't. The third day I drove back to the local flower shop and seen many emails they had sent to Conroy's regarding the order which they never replied to. On the 3rd day we called and spoke to Conroy's and they still insisted it was delivered and the driver said he dropped it off at an apartment complex with that address, problem is that it was a business it was suppose to go to. I even gave them the name of the business, address and the name of who the flowers were to go to. Conroy's argued with the local flower shop lady so I asked if I could speak to Conroy's. She still insisted they delivered the flowers to the right place. I told her the lady that they were suppose to go to said she did not receive any flowers and Conroy's told me the lady must be lying to me!!! ( Don't think my daughter is lying) I think the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and wont take responsibility for their error....Poor customer service. Be warned. Local flower shop owner canceled order and we went with Irvine Village Flowers and they were delivered a couple hours later. Much better customer service at Irvine Village.
