  Went to Conns in search of a stove. We've been here several times before and figured going late we wouldn't have to deal with being hassled by a sales person. Well Jewell was the one to greet us and made this buying experience so easy! She is very personable and funny. She didn't hassle us. She is very easy to work with. So make sure if go to Conns ask for Jewell, she'll take good care of you!

  Excellent staff communication was great quick replies to all questions I had wether it was verbal or electronic. I was in and out very fast the item I purchased was in stock and loaded up immediately. Start your trip to the store through their website first before you leave the house and you will be good to go by the time you get arrive at the store .Wonderful experience once again.

  Initial purchases go great but their service SUCKS! My dishwasher (that is less than a year old) broke over a MONTH ago and they have yet to fix it. It takes a week for someone to come out to look at it, another week to order parts, another week for them to come install it, another week waiting on more parts, and another week to get them out to install them again with the HOPE of fixing it. And then they rescheduled my appointment without telling me! I have tried to speak with the managers and corporate. They don't care. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased extended warranties for everything I bought and it was obviously a waste of money

  I ordered furniture and appliances from them because I was told it would be at my new home by The next day. I received everything but the refrigerator and called several times to make it right. I went in to the store once again I was assured I would get the refrigerator the next day.. At that point I was willing to leave everything if that Wasn’t the case. I still ha e yet to receive my refrigerator four days later. Customer service when you say you are going to make things right stand behind your name and do it. I am now supposed to receive my refrigerator on the 14th I’m five days. Very unacceptable.

  I've worked retail for over 40 years and an enthusiastic shopper longer than that. Costumer service is key some of today's work force doesn't understand. It started with a simple text informing me that my pre-approval would be expiring soon. I call her back and asked several straight forward questions, her answers came quickly. Her honesty was refreshing and her knowledge was impressive. When I told her that I was not a patient person, she was concerned assured me a smooth and painless experience. She was true to her word the transaction took less than 45 minutes. I haven't seeing or received service like this in a long time, no games or gimmicks. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received. I was being too think true customer service had gone out of style. She was Friendly, Knowledgeable and showed a sense of urgency, I appreciated that because time is money. I juggle several jobs and run household so multitasking is a must. 👍 for Superior Customer Service,
