  I was in your store with a flyer saying congratulations Robert your credit has increased to $3300.00 Yet when I tried to buy a Dyson vacuum it took a little over an hour to get approved for the credit But all did go well Isaac the store clerk was very good at his job. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

  Tim the manager is amazing!! He is very knowledgeable about his products in store. Linda was our personal assistant she helped us with everything we needed for our home. Thanks so much I love my Samsung kitchen appliances

  Alana provided us with the very best customer experience. She is a wealth of information when it comes to product knowledge. She was not overbearing or pushy which is important to me when considering a major purchase. She advised rather than selected for us every step of the way. I feel completely satisfied with my purchase and the coverage I chose today. I would recommend asking for Allana when you shop at Conn's.

  We are a long-time customer at conns. This particular store went through a lot of change in staffing recently. Today, We were helped by a young man named Jung Kim and he was very kind and helpful. We went to the store for a TV and a couch and found what we wanted pretty fast. Kim seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't seem too pushy or anything either, and we really appreciated that. His service was very fast and he was very patient with us. I highly recommend this store :)
