  At no fault of Conn's the refrigerator We picked out would not fit through our foor way My house is very old. The store manager helped us as our salesman Sam Stevens did. With thier help we picked out another one. I took my measuring tape this time and should get it tomorrow. They are all top notch!!! Thank you. L C

  Calvin and Andrew were very pleasant and helpful. No pressure and helped me get exactly what I went there to buy. Very good experience and I will definitely go back to Conn's for my next appliance.

  Conn's is really nothing but a bunch of Cons. I attempted to purchase a TV from them. I was told that if I payed the principle within 12 months there would be no interest. At the end of the 12 months I had paid almost 2000 dollars (the principle) and should have been done paying for the TV. It turns out the associate had lied through their teeth and there was no "12 months no interest". Ultimately they wanted me to keep paying on the TV for the next however many years totalling almost 5,000 dollars, for a Toshiba 65 inch LED TV. I wouldn't do it so they came and took the TV that I had paid 2000 dollars for and told the credit bureaus that it was a bad write off and that I owed them 3 grand even though they had my 2 grand and the TV.

  Tammy our sales person was wonderful! Actually, the best in town. Conn’s should have her train folks and pay her a ton! She is that good. She welcomed us, gave us space to determine what kind of things we wanted, then answered technical questions like she worked at the factory! We were very impressed. Conn’s please acknowledge Tammy, she is the best!
