::Excellent customer service. Overpriced warrantee ($318 for a $660 computer.) Incredible selection and prices aren't outrageous and interest rates are about 30-35%. After they took my order, took another hour to get out of the store while they "trained someone. Would not tell me what my payment was until all done with sale and products brought out to me. Then he tacked on extra insurance that I did not ask for then blamed it on a newbie. He only removed it when i started to walk out, very deceptive. You have such great chairs to sit on for sale, but when we sit down to go over the contract etc for 45 minutes, we sit in hard plastic yardsale style chairs. Can you not afford to have comfortable chairs for customers while we're the test dummies for a cashier transferring over to sales? Maybe a bottle of water offered as it's 105 degrees out and we have to wait so long? May shop with the company again but definitely not with this location.

::Very friendly staff and clean store. The prices aren't too bad either. The biggest complaint I would have, is that the electronics are is not very big. It would be great if they were to expand that area and offer a bigger selection of items and brands. Overall though it is a good place to get new items for your home.

::I brought a dinette set from Conn's during late 2015. Conn's set up a small monthly payments and in two years it was paid off. Conn's has great customer service. The get the job done and also the store is very clean and spotless. I enjoyed my experience with Conn's and will most definitely buy from them again very soon. Thanks Conn's!!
