This guy is the person you will want to deal with next time you make a purchase at Conn’s. He’s not a salesman, he is a “human being” just doing his job. Salesmen are heartless and are only in it for their commission. Kurtis Kelly, however, cares about his customers. Every time I deal with Conn’s, I always promise myself never to deal with them again because of their customer relations culture. Kurtis did not hassle me at all and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. When shipping went wrong, he was there every step of the way to fix the situation. Other salesmen in the past tried avoiding fixing issues with the sale. Kurtis Kelly goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. If you go to this store, I highly recommend asking for Kurtis Kelly. Your experience will be better than any other Conn’s experience in the past.
