::Is it possible to review a business and give it negative stars? If it is, that’s how Id rate Conner’s Automotive in Haltom. They had our truck for 7 weeks……their initial diagnosis was “tune up” after over a week…. we were told we would have to “replace the engine” in our Avalanche! When we protested, it was then decided by Bryan and his squad of incompetents that a “Top End” would fix our problems. I don’t claim to be a mechanic, but I’ve been driving for 40 plus years ….and I can tell a professional guesser and parts replacer from a true mechanic. During the nearly two months my truck sat at Conner’s Automotive, it was broken into…my upgraded stereo was stolen. I didn’t know this until I came to check on progress. I was never given a police report. Bryan “replaced” my Kenwood with an unidentifiable used one. It does not fit in my console and this cut-rate replacement sits cockeyed. It sounds horrible and defiantly did nothing but degrade the value of my truck. Bryan told me he did me a favor as he is not responsible for vehicles on his property. After 7 weeks to the day I got my truck back…. Bryon told me I owed him an apology because I had complained about the service the attitude of his receptionist Todd and the overall poor service I had received. My truck runs rough and today the “service engine light” came on. Fortunately, most of the phone calls were recorded…. I am seeing an attorney about my rights. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

::Always note there great car and truck mechanics but there not a diesel tech they kept blaming the starter on a no start issue when I told them it had to do with the oil pressure
