::Sad how one minute I talk about how great the place is and how pleasant it is to visit and having work done there it is and it takes one to have me do a 360 on my opinion. It doesn't reflect by any means on the entire staff and my past experiences. That said, to say that my last 2 visits left me with a bad taste ( no pun intended) is to put it mildly. The first one with the new dentist was a little rough, but having neglected my teeth for a while because of insurance issues, I took as it came and half jokingly let her assistant know how i felt when the nightmare was over. Well, I'm thinking that was a mistake, because the next time the dentist was on a war path. She complained about how the owner mentioned to her that she was late and that I'd been waiting. She proceeded to carry on about how it was no small wonder that past employees didn't stay long because of the owner's attitude and strict rules. How she initially accepted employment because the past dentist promised to show her some new procedure and how he wasn't there anymore, implying that there was no reason for her to stick around ( way to show commitment to the patient your'e working on) and that she too would be gone soon. Then, her assistant was so busy egging her on and filling her in on inter-office gossip that she too was neglectful, pouring water on me instead of IN me and or not suctioning at the right time, to the point of me feeling like i was choking. When I motioned to the dentist that I WAS choking and tried to get up to prevent myself from , the dentist said " I can't let you get up, the filling needs to dry" in the most condescending way possible. To say the least of how she worked on my mouth as if she were drywalling or digging a ditch. Overall my experience this time around was enough for me to consider another office after being there since they practically opened their doors. That's a shame because I honestly do like the rest of the staff who showed nothing but respect and courtesy regardless of my insurance background or who I was over the years ( at least the one's that have been there since day one). Would I recommend the place again? Yes, without " The Dentist from Hell and Her Sidekick Assistant". I thought it was just me feeling overtly sensitive . But as I'm waiting for the bus , a mother and her son who was a patient there as well , had a similar experience and also vowed to never return. Karma has a way of taking care of irresponsible dentist's, but sometime it takes too long or it's too late. I'm not willing to wait for either.

::Staff is awesome however the Dentist is rushed, unkind, and rude. She was overbooked so had to rush back and forth between rooms. She scolded a staff member in front of patients. She could of cared less about patients pain and anxiety. I guess they say "what do you expect from Husky insurance" I expect better then this office gave us. Will never be back.

::I am never disappointed! Always remind me of my appointment (because i am forgetful) and always courteous and helpful. The staff is all very friendly and informative. Never a long waiting time!! Staff is fully knowledgeable of what they are doing and ensure the best care for their patients. I 100% recommend!!

::This dentist is the best one I have ever had. Dr. Sun did such a thorough examination, I had to let him know that I didn't expect such care from a dentist. The hygienist was also very gentle and experienced. The dental assistant also did very well. I really liked the digital x-ray that was used; it's quick, painless and accurate.
