  Horrible company! Management is a joke! Full of liars! I walked out on May 17th due to unresolved sexual harassment and poor treatment. Nicole Cruz is a new manager for the NIC billing Department and she's horrible. She tries to be funny but I find her very immature. Ronette is the supervisor there as well and she's a joke. Management is to afraid to get involved with sexual harassment cases. Don't work here unless you're looking for poor management. They tried giving me a written for expressing how I felt I was being treated. Which is against the first amendment of freedom of speech. I was professional while expressing my concerns. That's when I decided to separate myself from the company. Oh yeah, they also told unemployment I just stopped showing to my shift and now I have to appeal the decision because they're liars. Management only looks out for themselves and not for the employees. Nothing but dishonest managers. They will promote any who throws someone under the bus. I recently started the legal process against this company and reported them to the Department of labor.

  Horrible company, been in healthcare nearly 20 years and the worst company when it comes to professionalism. I would not trust them. No such thing as an open door policy. I complained about a coworker who constantly made inappropriate comments and because she was best buddies with the manager I was terminated for being "not a team player!" I have worked for CHOC and St. Joseph for over 10 years and this by far is an experience I never want anyone experience especially when dealing with supervisors like Valerie Aleman.
