WORST.. I will never recommend this guys even to people i hate. Delivery was not on time. The independent contractors(who delivered at Atlanta) literally threatened me to sign the initials though there was broken and he escaped with the paper. When i was talking to my wife about something he is stopping and asking what you guys are talking. He put up the TV Box horizontally at the bottom and three heavy boxes on top it. TV broke and he claimed it is a picture box. They broke the recliner, TV table, Suite cases, moving boxes , TV. broken the box spring, mattress. I would rather say they broke every possible thing they can. The claims process is just a eye wash. They will provide $500 which will be zero after deductible so that you will get $000 finally, With that money you can buy or replace whatever broken by them. Please save your money, time and have a peace of mind(than broken pieces) or by donating your goods (consider donating to me as i don't have anything now)instead of moving with Condor. A penny saved is a penny earned.

I don't know where to start. The owner of the company came to give me a quote. He seemed very nice and personable. He assured me that his company would take care of me and my family and gave me a very reasonable quote. We talked about our things arriving to our new home (from Dallas to VA) 3 days after being loaded onto the truck. The day of movers were on time and absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, that's where the service STOPPED. We were first told that the truck would be a day later than originally anticipated. It was then that I learned that they put our things on a semi loaded with others' belongings. This was never discussed with me the day of. Had I known, I would NEVER had hired this company. We were then told it would be a couple MORE days because the truck broke down. Meanwhile, we are in our new home in our new state with NOTHING- with our two young children. No cookware, no beds, no towels, no lunchboxes for school, no school clothes, etc. THEN we were told (by the driver) that he would be even more late because he was delivering other things to other people in other states. Probably with our stuff on the back. THEN I was told that the truck was broken down still. The stories did not add up and Condor continued offering false promises and apologies and excuses. NOW, the delivery driver is refusing to give me ANY updates as to the whereabouts of our things or even a possible delivery date. No responses from Condor. No answers. Just excuses. This has been such a nightmare and has put such a stain on this entire move. I have no idea if we will ever see our things again. Some of my items belong to my late husband who died in the line of duty. I had planned to pass them down to our son. Now I may never have the chance. Think twice before you hire this moving company.

We are so thankful we chose Condor Movers to move us. 7 Months prior we had a horrible experience when a past partner paid Byron Cowling Moving and storage - a local Lubbock moving company to move us to Lubbock. We were told the company was run by an honorable “good ole boy- Christian” we could trust. Byron Cowling Moving was not honorable or professional on any level. Byron Cowling Moving destroyed our belongings, moved items they weren’t supposed to touch and then hid damage they caused when they moved our irreplaceable antiques. They damaged our home and business in the process and moved items they were not to touch!!! In addition Byron Cowling Movers charged us for multiple blankets they did not leave in our storage unit to drive up our cost and lost hardware to furniture they partially dismantled furniture making it fragile and then broke off pieces. After that devastating experience, we personally hired Condor Movers to bring us back to Arlington. Our experience with Condor Movers restored our faith in mankind. Condor Movers somehow repaired the furniture Bryon Cowling Movers damaged and treated us and our belongings with great respect and care. Each and every employee who represented Condor Movers on our move cared to do right by us and our belongings. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend Condor Movers. We are thankful Condor Movers was recommended to us. They are professionally managed and they move businesses and families nationally with great care and exceptional service.

My family recently used Condor Moving Systems to move cross country (Texas to California). First off I want to say what an amazing sales rep Joan was. She explained everything in full detail. She answered every question I had, and made the process so easy. Her moving crew arrived on time & listened to all my needs and wants. All my items arrived to my new home in perfect condition. I highly recommend CMS to everyone!! Thank you!!

First, the only reason I gave stars is to complete this post. Please do not pay attention to the number of stars because I'm still in the process of completing a move with this company. Now to the point...I've currently run into some major bumps with Condor. It seems as if the departments aren't on the same page--one departments says one thing while others says another. So far, this has resulted in me being charged an overage of 1,300; however, Emmett (manger over operations) was very helpful with clarifying things. In addition, he knocked off $500 of additional fees. It would have been great if he could have taken off more (at least down to the original project overage fee of around 660). Nevertheless, I'm thankful for the help Emmett provided. My advice to anyone going with this company is to ask as many questions a possible, READ the contract and then ask more questions. I will return with an UPDATED review once my move is completed. Until then, blessings! James T
