  CrossFit training is a potent mood booster. Since the day I started CrossFit training at Concrete Jungle gym, I have realized that I am more confident and energetic. For me, Concrete Jungle (and its awesome coaches, Serge and Sean) is actualizing body-changing results. Serge and Sean are helping me achieve not only a muscular physique but (also) a healthy lifestyle. My favorite classes are S.P.S (Strength. Power. Speed) and Kettlebell because the workouts are challenging and motivating. But the best part of Concrete Jungle is the vibe. There is an uplifting solidarity among the members—it’s a family gym. I have stretched into Namaste under extremely heated conditions and cycled doing innovative dance moves on bikes and rumbled with water-filled bags but I have not felt any impact or seen any results as I have seen from one month of CrossFit
