  Terrible service!!!!!!!! They suck!!!!! Bought the Canada goose X concepts McMillan parka went back to the store before been 12 days of the purchase because the coat at the bottom wasn’t stitched all the way. So when I went to the store the manager named Keenan told me he can’t help me that I have to contact Canada goose myself and send it to them. Why he couldn’t just exchange my coat or give me my money back. So I called Canada goose and it takes like 2 months so I can get my coat back mind you all I have to pay for the shipping as well. No phone number at concepts I had to drive almost 2 hours. THIS IS THE WORST RETAIL STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. PLEASE GUYS DOOOOOO NOTTTTT BUY FROM CONCEPTS THE STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

  Customer service is non-existent. Ordered something, got a shipping confirmation next day but the status on USPS remained the same. Tried following up on a shipment with no success. No phone number to call. Numerous emails. After a couple weeks, I gave up and got a refund from my bank. I'm pretty sure they tried scamming me...

  The best boutique in the north east, customer service very helpful and knowledgeable about product. Deon was a big help in explaining the difference between new balance models. Will always be a customer here! Thanks concepts family.

  Cool spot if you're looking for something fresh. This isn't a damn footlocker, for all you complainers. Great staff and even gave me a discount on some sneaks that I wasn't aware applied.
