  Don't you ever buy a car from these butchers 99% on their car are being involved in an accident Cars full of Bondo before you buy a car from these guys go to the back or the dealer and find The Killing Zone The Body Shop buying car from these guys it's like playing the Russian Roulette

  Fantastic experience , They really made buying a car easy ! Great service and maintenance program. I definitely would refer friends and family here. No matter what I need they always answer the phone and help me out ! Two thumbs up for Concept Auto !!

  I was a former employee there and let me tell you.. the "5-star ' reviews are fake.. It wasn't for a long time before I realized that the CARFAX they have are either doctored, or for vehicles with unreported accidents. Do your research on the vehicle and check it from top to bottom. Cars are bought at auction WRECKED and for pennies on the dollar, and are repaired in the chop-shop located directly behind the dealership. I remember them taking almost 3 months to assemble a 2015 truck from several OTHER wrecks with salvageable components..... and I can't even count the number of times they sold vehicles without seat belts because they forgot to install them when re-assembling a car. This place is crooked and is a joke. The sales manager Armando works DIRECTLY with the 'bank' if you want to call her that.. it's a finance company with whom he's good friends with the owner and she gives him a cut of the money they screw customers out of. If you can have someone thoroughly check under the vehicle, please do so. You may be surprised to find the bad welding and unfinished work on these allegedly 'accident-free' vehicles. BEFORE you even hand over a credit card,cash, or check.. or even drive the vehicle off the lot, make SURE you sign ALL your paperwork IMMEDIATELY. If they tell you to come back in a day or so to sign paperwork, prepare to get screwed because they will take that initial 'promised' payment and DOUBLE it AT LEAST!.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
