  My experience at Concentra was great. The front desk staff provided me with great service. They do a good job at being on the phone and/or answering the phone while assisting patients coming through the door. I went in and told them what I was there for. I filled out my paper work. The staff told me how long i would be there. This was according to how many people were ahead of me (wait time) and time with the physician. Which was an hour and 20 mins. They are fairly accurate with the time frame. The physician had a good sense of humor. Made the exam process go smoothly. More people started to come in as I left close to noon. I would suggest to get there as early as possible to reduce your wait times.

  Everything was going pretty smoothly in the beginning. But once i went to the back and waited for the doctor to come in for my physical. They had fell "behind" and i was there for a longer period of time then what was needed. But other then that everyone was nice and courteous

  Great experience for DOT physical. Got in fast, got out fast. Courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone needing services.

  Great staff and clean establishment. Staff waisted no time getting folks in and out. Keep up the customers service, its not always pricing that keeps folks returning, its the smiles when they walk in!

  Customer Service was great ! ! ! As I walk in I was immediately welcomed before I could take two steps into the facility . Any Questions I had with paper work , was answered quick .
