  This place used to be great. I've been going there for years and they were always very helpful. This is the second time in a row I've gone in for a very painful injury and been dismissed as having a "sprain." Last time I persisted and went to a specialist to find out it was a very severe injury. This time, the x-ray tech showed me the x-rays and explained what wasn't right, then the "doctor" comes in and tells me it's fine and asks me what I want her to do about it. Very rude and dismissive. I won't go here again. The staff (especially the x-ray tech) were amazing and kind, with the exception of the nurse practitioner.

  The office staff was nice and polite. The service was timely and straight to the point. I was pleased with the efficiency and effectiveness of how business was handled 😊

  I went in for a drug screening for work and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall wonderful experience!

  It was a great experience for me. The staff was friendly. The faciliy was nice and clean. The nurse that took my blood pressure and X-ray went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to the Staff of Concentra Urgent Care.

  The ladies there were very nice and professional! The building inside and outside was extremely clean and comforting. The wait wasn’t long and you got in and handled your business and was out in no time. If I could give 10 stars I would!
