  I found the staff congenial and eager to make the visit as painless as possible. I was disappointed by the necessity of driving all the way to down town Denver, from Golden, because this was the only facility that provided the service I required. I was also disappointed no way could be found for me to move my car when the local two hour parking limit was reached.

  They were friendly enough, fast I got what was needed at the time, but really wish they had weekend hours. I had a TB test done for work but had to go to another location to get it read, the hours on Google for that other location were wrong so I missed my window and have to get the test redone. Why can't every Concentra have weekend hours??

  The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. They are the reason they got three stars. The big downside was the wait time. I was there for 90 minuets for a 15 procedure.

  Long wait but the doctor was very nice which is what matters most to me. She was patient (no rush like all lot of doctors offices) and genuinely tried to make me feel better.

  I went in at 8:07 am on a Thursday for a DOT medical exam (which, at the time of this review, costs $103, or $94 if you're renewing). I was out at around 9:15 am. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and they had no hiccups in the check-in process. It was pretty quick, too, but I can't speak for how well they do when there are tons of people there--I came in early to avoid the rush. As far as the exam goes, it was great! Everyone knew their stuff. The first young lady to take all my vitals and do the tests told me there were two people ahead of me and that I might have to wait a while for the examiner. But the examiner came within five or ten minutes! I got Allison Hedien as my examiner, and she is AWESOME! She is friendly, sweet, and efficient. I even got to wear these cool blue medical shorts with my undies on underneath so I didn't have to drop anything for the hernia test. Pretty sweet. So, I had a 5-star experience with my DOT medical exam. I will go back again when it's time to renew. Thank you Allison and Concentra staff!
