  The staff was great! The wait on a Thursday almost noon was almost an hour. The TB test was quick once I was brought into a room. Good experience but long wait times.

  I came in with an injury to my right knee, left hand, right arm and shoulder. They offered me two ice packs which was nice except that then they gave me a stack of papers and I can't hold papers and ice packs. I asked if there was a way to hold them on so that I can fill out this pile of papers and they said no. And then you wait and wait and wait. Till they find you the farthest back part of the clinic and let you hobble back down there still holding your ice packs with your hands. And then they put you in another room and leave you and eventually the doctor comes in and what are some X-rays. There's nothing urgent in urgent care. I really think I'd rather go to the emergency room because they decided I needed to have an MRI and they don't have those at their facility. The room was extremely cold and they give you a paper gown and despite asking several times for something to keep me from going into hypothermia they gave me two bath towels that only slightly helpful. A real emergency room would have blankets possibly even heated blankets. Eventually Clean My Wounds and bandaged them and off I went to find a MRI before it closed. Is there a way to make this only a quarter of a star? PS don't forget your batteries powered devices and there charging cords because you're going to need them you're going to be there for quite a while.

  The process was fast and efficient. The staff was pleasant and professional. The PA I saw was not rushed and even displayed her sense of humor. Great Job!

  Would highly recommend this facility. I had to go in 3 times over the past week for various compliance items for work. Each time I was greeted with friendly staff at check in and was seen in a very reasonable amount of time, never had to wait very long. It was a very smooth process each time.

  I recently had to go in for an injury that happened at work. And while the doctors and staff are very nice, the wait time is ridiculous. I even showed up early for my follow up appointment to try and get in and out however, after checking in at 11:08 (my appointment was at 11:30) I wasn’t seen by a physician until 1:48. I felt like when I finally left at 2:20 my day was wasted. Thank you to the staff for your sweetness and making me smile through my frustration and to the doctors whom listened to everything I said and took note of how I felt. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is incredible! The wait time is unbearable!
