  Thanks to my boss for introducing me to Con' Olio, this has now become my go to for olive oils and balsamics. Super customer service, outstanding quality products, just go - you'll be glad you did.

  Very helpful staff... had us try oil & vinegar combos we would have never tried or even thought of. We ended up purchasing a nice variety of the smaller bottles and wish we had bought more! Their quality is top notch and I cant wait to try their cooking class as a fun date night.

  Stopped in here with no expectations on what we would experience. Jeremiah was awesome! Explained everything with obvious knowledge and passion, but at no point was I lost. He was so personable and the experience was just great. He mixed tiny samples of oil/vinegar combos that are to die for. No pressure on buying, not to say we didn't get a batch of nearly every concoction he gave us! 5/5, will be back. He mentioned Saturday is a great time to stop on and sample local wines and breads to accompany the selection.
